New Mixed Media Painting

Trying out a new style, the result is a clean cut image. Using various types of paints and ink to create a pattern palette on waxy paper, I cut out the shapes and fixed them to a heavy matte board. This piece, "Scattered Leaves" can be seen for sale, and will soon be posted to a gallery. I plan to try this technique out some more, especially interesting is the house motif. Windows and doors thrill me at the moment. Look for some sketches of trees as well, their contours really attract me for some reason.
